How sending works. "Open email to send" creates a ready-to-send message in your email app with subscribers in BCC β€” great for a small list. For a polished, CASL-compliant weekly newsletter to a growing list, paste it into HubSpot (Marketing β†’ Email) where unsubscribe links and consent are handled for you. See README for connecting HubSpot directly.

      🎟️ Scoop Club (members area)
      Perks
Members claim the monthly discount once per calendar month. Staff can verify it against this month's member code in Settings.

      ⭐ Reviews

The starter reviews are samples β€” replace them with real ones (e.g. copied from your Google reviews).

🎑 Scoop Club β€” members' weekly game
Customers must join by email or text to play, and each member gets one play per week. So nobody can keep clicking for prizes. New members show up under Newsletter β†’ Subscribers.
The loyalty stamp card needs the daily staff code (Settings β†’ Loyalty stamp code) so customers can't stamp their own cards. The Flavour Finder quiz builds itself from your flavour list. To fine-tune the quiz questions, edit data.js.

      βœ‰οΈ Send a newsletter

      πŸ”‘ Change password
⚠️ This password is light protection only (it runs in the browser). For real security on a public site, connect the backend described in the README so logins are verified on a server.
      πŸ”’ Site password (visitors)

Require a password before anyone can view the public website. Handy before you launch. Visitors only enter it once per device.

This is light protection (it runs in the browser) β€” great for hiding a work-in-progress, but not a vault. For real gating, use the backend in the README.
🍦 Loyalty stamp code (for staff)

Give your staff today's code. They type it on the customer's phone to add a stamp, so customers can't stamp their own cards. It changes automatically every day.

      Today's stamp code
      ----
      This month's member code
      ----
      🎁 Loyalty rewards

A stamp is added only when staff enter the daily code, one stamp per entry. Set the two reward tiers below. Redeeming a reward also needs the staff code, so customers can't claim it themselves.

After a customer redeems the free reward, the card restarts at this number (you asked for 1, so their redemption visit already counts as the first stamp of the next card).

      Employees

Your team list. Each person gets a colour for the schedule and a login (email or phone + password) to view their own shifts in the staff portal.

☎️ Shared contacts β€” shown to staff in the portal (manager, landlord, emergency…)
Staff portal link: staff.html β€” share it with your team. Note: this is light, browser-based protection (same as the rest of the site). For real cross-device logins you’ll need the backend described in README.

      Shift Calendar

⚑ Generate the week automatically, or drag a person onto a day. Shift-type setup lives at the bottom β€” you rarely need it.

⚑ Auto-schedule β€” tell it the coverage you need, it builds the week around everyone's availability and rules

How many people does each shift need, per day? Set it once β€” it's reused every week. (0 = that shift doesn't run that day.)

It respects: employee weekly availability (from the staff portal), approved & pending time off, and each person's rules from the Team tab (min/max hours, max days, no weekends). Anything it can't fill shows up as an issue β€” nothing is applied until you approve the preview.
